Day30 is founded by Shumel Lais and John Sandall.

Shumel has spent 15 years in performance marketing for mobile apps. Leading user acquisition on the agency side, co-founding ad analytics startup Appsumer (acquired), and holding product roles at a DSP and an MMP.

John is a data science leader with 15 years of experience driving real-world impact through predictive systems. He’s led high-performing technical and research teams, architected AI solutions for both startups and government, and consistently bridged the gap between advanced machine learning and business outcomes.
